Fireworks, National Night Out Coming Up In Gloucester Township

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — National Night Out will return in Gloucester Township, culminating in fireworks.

Cities and towns throughout the nation will celebrate National Night Out on Aug. 1. The community-building campaign seeks to build camaraderie between police and the communities they serve.

Gloucester Township's NNO runs from 6-9 p.m. Aug. 1. If your neighborhood isn't holding a block party, the township will have two public events:

  • Blackwood Fire Company, 14 W Central Ave., Blackwood
  • Wye Oak Park, Williamstown Erial Road at Annapolis Drive, Sicklerville

Fireworks are set for 9:30 p.m. at Gloucester Township Veterans Park (1261 Chews Landing Rd.).
