Getting the Kids Into School Mode

Did you really give the kids off from school this summer?

Completely? As in no spelling drills or flashcards or mandatory reading?

Did you do a little school-related review and preparatory work but nearly as much as you set out to get done in June?

If so, don't worry. You're probably not alone.

But the start of the '11-'12 school year is just a few days away now. Black Horse Pike Regional School District and Gloucester Township Public Schools both open their doors to students on Tuesday.

Beyond the catch-up cramming you may be looking to do on the academics side of things this weekend, there's also the matter of getting kids "back on schedule."
