Gloucester Township Day Returns This Weekend: What To Know

The township's biggest event of the year returns this weekend, with rides, entertainment and evening fireworks.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township's biggest event of the year returns this weekend, with rides, entertainment and evening fireworks on Gloucester Township Day.

The festivities run from 12-10 p.m. Saturday at Veterans Park (1261 Chews Landing Rd.), with fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

The rain date is Sunday. However, the National Weather Service predicts only a 30 percent chance of showers on Saturday — primarily in the morning, before the event begins. A drop in temperatures will bring the high near 72 degrees, forecasters say.
