Gloucester Twp. Council To Discuss Blackwood West Redevelopment

A fifth amendment to the Blackwood West Redevelopment Plan will be introduced by Gloucester Township Council meets Monday night.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township Council will introduce a fifth amendment to the Blackwood West Redevelopment Plan when it meets Monday night.

Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday night at the municipal building, 1261 Chews Landing Road.

The proposal calls for the office use and accessory vehicles of an electrician, painter, plumber, and similar establishments at 534 North Black Horse Pike, according to a copy of the proposed ordinance posted on the township's website.

It is subject to a redevelopment agreement or a memorandum of agreement as determined by the redevelopment entity, according to the proposal.

The introduction comes two weeks after Township Council gave final approval to the same services at 44 West Church Street.
