The Police Department's "101 Days of Summer" initiative provides safety tips to residents.

Gloucester Township Police Department wants you to keep safety in mind as you begin to enjoy your "101 Days of Summer."
The 101 Days of Summer—from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend—can be one of the busiest and most dangerous travel times throughout the nation.
The Police Department wants to assist you in ensuring you have a safe, happy and healthy summer. They remind motorists to obey the speed limit, to not drink and drive and to always watch for pedestrians, and urge parents to spend time talking with their children about appropriate pedestrian and bicycle safety.

The Police Department will be putting out a number of community relations notices and programs this summer in an effort to help keep you safe.
