Mission BBQ Opens In Sicklerville

SICKLERVILLE, NJ — There's a new place to get barbecue in town.

Mission BBQ held the grand opening for its Sicklerville location on Monday. The patriotic-themed national chain touts authentic barbecue inspired by the flavors of Texas, Kansas City, the Carolinas and more.

Bill Kraus and Steve Newton founded the business as a way to support first responders. The first location opened in Maryland on the 10th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

Each restaurant traditionally plays the national anthem at noon each day.

The new restaurant is located at 603 Berlin-Cross Keys Rd. It's New Jersey's fourth Mission BBQ overall.

Mission BBQ in Sicklerville is open during the following hours:

  • Monday through Saturday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
