Mom Says 4th-Grader Who Won National T-shirt Contest is 'a Natural' [VIDEO]

Kelsey Bell was honored at Gloucester Township's Union Valley Elementary School on Wednesday.

Kelly Bell said her daughter Kelsey doesn't get her artistic talent from her.

"I'm a registered nurse," Bell said. "Kelsey is just naturally gifted with the arts."

The talent showed this week when Kelsey was honored for winning a national T-shirt design contest sponsored by the retailer P.S. Aeropostale. Kelsey's New York skyline-inspired drawing won her fourth-grade category of the contest which included 50,000 submissions.

Kelsey was honored at a ceremony Wednesday at her Union Valley Elementary School in front of about 100 of her classmates. She also won $5,000 for her school and a $500 gift certificate for her to shop at P.S. Aeropostale, which features fashions for her age group.
