Moms Talk: Beating the Heat
Sometimes, young children don't understand the importance of staying hydrated.

We just lived through one of the hottest three- to four-day stretches in Philadelphia area history.
Temperatures reached 105 in some places, with the heat index topping 110 pretty much everywhere in the area at one point or another.
After a bit of a reprieve on Monday, 90-degree heat returned on Tuesday and is expected to remain in the Delaware Valley through at least next Wednesday.

Kids eat when they're hungry. Kids drink when they're thirsty.
But when it's that hot outside, it's important to keep the youngsters hydrated.
So, GT Patch asks: How do you make sure your children stay hydrated? What do you tell them to make sure they know to keep drinking water even if they might not be thirsty?
