Moms Talk: Getting Kids to Eat

Our Moms Council discusses how to deal with those picky eaters.

Some kids just won't eat the food we'd like to see them eating—the stuff we know will help them grow up healthy.

As parents, we've all been there, watching our kids pushing around the peas or corn with their fork while reluctantly nibbling on a piece of chicken.

If it's not a peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich or a hot dog, many kids just don't want anything to do with it.

So, Patch asks: What can you do to get children to eat the food you want them to eat?

Do you find its best to make your children eat the meals you prepare for everyone else?

Or do you cater to their personal food likes? If so, why?
