The Atlantic City Expressway's on and off ramps at Cross Keys Road will remain open as the overpass is repaved, according to police, who also advise that The Shoppes at Cross Keys can be accessed from Sicklerville Road during the work.
Broadacres Drive, which is home to the Gloucester Township Recreation Center, is scheduled to be closed Monday, Aug. 15, through Friday, Aug. 19, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between Oakmont Road and Cherrywood Drive.
Vehicles will be permitted on Broadacres only to go to the recreation center, while Oakmont Drive can be accessed by Winding Way during the road construction project, police said.
Previously announced closures will occur on Chews Landing Road and Central Avenue, in Glendora, today and Friday. Both closures are due to ongoing construction projects.
Chews Landing Road will be closed to eastbound traffic between Somerdale Road and the Black Horse Pike, in the township's Blackwood section, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. both days, police said.
Eastbound traffic will be detourned south on the Black Horse Pike to Old Black Horse Pike, which leads back to Chews Landing Road.
All businesses in the construction zone will be accessible by Chews Landing Road's westbound lane, police said.
Lower Landing Road will also be closed between the Black Horse Pike and Chews Landing Road during the two-day project.
