NJ Man Missing For 3+ Months, Police Seek Public’s Help For Tips
A NJ man who suffers from mental health issues has been missing out of Gloucester Township for months, authorities said.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ - A 47-year-old New Jersey man who reportedly suffers from mental health issues has been missing out of Gloucester Township for over three months, authorities said.
Andrew Brown was last seen on Sept. 13 at around 7 a.m. at his Hilltop Estates residence, and was reported missing days later on Sept. 16, Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Gloucester Township Police Chief David J. Harkins said in a joint statement.
Since he was reported missing, Brown was reported to be at a friend’s house in Camden City; however, the name and address of this friend are unknown by authorities, MacAulay and Harkins said.

15 days after having gone missing, Brown was reportedly in Philadelphia at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, authorities said. In addition, Brown previously lived in Atlantic City and may still have ties to that area.
The Camden County man does not have a cell phone, vehicle or any electronic device that would help authorities find him, MacAulay and Harkins added.
