GLOUCESTER COUNTY - A Gloucester County man was arrested Thursday after placing stickers promoting extremist ideology at a playground in South Jersey, authorities said.

Greenwich Township police were tipped off on Monday by a concerned citizen that a man was placing stickers promoting white nationalist and white supremacist ideology at Dr. Chester Ulmer Park in Memorial Avenue, police said.

The stickers were removed by Greenwich Township personnel and a new set were added in the following days, police said.

At around 9:23 a.m. on Thursday, Detective Kyle Davis viewed a man placing several stickers matching the description of the extremist ideology on the equipment and bench, police said. Kevin R. McCulley, of Greenwich Township, was charged with bias intimidation and criminal mischief. He was released on a summons.
