Phillies Name South Jersey Bakery As Team's 'Official Roll'
Concessions at Citizens Bank Park will exclusively feature Liscio's Bakery bread and rolls.

SOUTH JERSEY — A South Jersey bakery will play a vital role (no pun intended) in the Citizens Bank Park experience: keeping cheesesteaks and hoagies intact.
The Phillies named Liscio's Bakery as "The Official Roll of the Philadelphia Phillies," announcing a multiyear partnership July 26.
Liscio's began with a retail store in Sicklerville in 1994. The company has since opened a 150,000-square-foot production facility in Glassboro and another store in Sewell. Liscio's now supplies bread products around the nation.

As the Phils' official roll, the team will exclusively serve Liscio's bread and rolls at the ballpark's eateries, including Tony Luke's, Campo's, Uncle Charlie's Steaks and concession stands. Citizens Bank Park will also serve Liscio's products in premium areas, including suits, the Hall of Fame Club and CP Rankin Club.
"For nearly 30 years, Liscio's Bakery has been a staple in our area," said Jackie Cuddeback, the team's senior vice president of partnership sales, "and now our fans will be able to enjoy their high-quality baked goods right here at Citizens Bank Park."

Liscio's Owner Chad Vilotti says the South Jersey bakery is a family business, and so are the Phillies.
"We wouldn’t partner with just anyone and neither would the Phillies," said Vilotti, who co-owns the company with James Liscio. "Quality is the No. 1 priority for both of us and that’s what makes this partnership a win for Liscio’s, the Phillies and mostly the fans."
It's not the first time Liscio's has crossed paths with the franchise. In 2012, then-Philly Hunter Pence promoted the bakery in a comically corny commercial.
