Firefighters in Gloucester Township spent hours Saturday morning battling a garage fire near Pine Hill, authorities said.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ - Firefighters in Gloucester Township spent hours Saturday morning battling a garage fire near Pine Hill, authorities said.
The Lambs Terrace Fire Company and Pine Hill Fire Department responded to a residence on Kearsley Road for a reported shed fire in the early morning, Lambs Terrace fire officials said in a statement.
At the scene, fire officials found a large detached garage “fully involved” in the fire with the adjacent home exposed to the blaze.

“Engine 6, Quint 85, and Gloucester Twp. Squad 88 stretched multiple hand lines to protect the residence and extinguish the fire,” Lambs Terrace officials said.
Firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze for around four hours, officials added.

It was not immediately clear how much damage the adjacent home sustained during the blaze. No injuries were reported in the statement from Lambs Terrace fire officials.
