Police: Blackwood Man Stabbed to Death in Home
A 69-year-old man was found dead inside his home last night.
A Blackwood man was killed inside his Hemlock Drive home on Monday, according to authorities.
Theotis Butts, 69, had been stabbed to death, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
Butts' brother-in-law discovered his body just inside the doorway to 66 Hemlock Dr. at around 9 p.m. Monday.

Butts' wife called her brother when Butts did not pick her up from work. She last saw Butts when he dropped her off at a train station on her way to work in the morning.
A motive for the slaying has not yet been determined, Camden County Prosecutor's Office Capt. Rich Minardi.

It does not appear robbery was the motive, according to authorities. Police reportedly are investigating whether Butts knew the person who stabbed him.
