Rt. 55 Crash In South Jersey Prompts Delays Thursday Morning: DOT

DEPTFORD, NJ - A motor vehicle crash on Route 55 in Deptford Township has prompted commuting delays in the area Thursday morning, authorities said.

As of 6 :35 a.m., there’s a crash on Route 55 northbound at south of Route 42 in Deptford Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

The right shoulder is currently closed, the agency said. There is currently a 5- to 10-minute delay.
