Serial Robber on the Loose?

Police in Camden and Gloucester counties believe they're looking for the same man.

Police in Camden and Gloucester counties, including here in Gloucester Township, believe the same man is responsible for a rash of armed robberies in their towns since Thursday.

It is believed the same man, armed with a knife in most cases, has robbed convenience stores in Gloucester, Cherry Hill and West Deptford townships and a TD Bank branch in Washington Township, Gloucester Township Police Capt. Anthony Minosse said.

After robbing the TD Bank on Route 42 in Washington Township Friday afternoon, the police theory goes that the suspect robbed the 7-Eleven store on Evesham Road in Glendora Friday night before robbing a 7-Eleven store in Cherry Hill and another convenience store in West Deptford over the weekend.

Gloucester Township Police described the suspect as a white male who is between 30 and 40 years old, about 6 feet tall and between 170 and 190 pounds. The man reportedly was wearing a dark gray sweatshirt, a baseball hat, dark pants and white sneakers when he robbed the Church Street 7-Eleven on Thursday night.
