Shots Fired Less Than Mile From Rowan University's Main Campus
The incident occurred as law enforcement was investigating a large nearby party, according to police.

GLASSBORO, NJ — Police are asking for help investigating shots fired Sunday less than a mile from the Rowan University Campus.
Officers were on Georgetown Avenue addressing multiple local ordinance violations stemming from a large party and large crowds in the street when they heard multiple gunshots shortly after 2 a.m., authorities said.
Police at the scene determined the shots were fired in the area of Dickinson and Pennsylvania roads. Nobody was reported hit by the gunfire, and no gunshot victims responded to local hospitals, according to police.

Anyone with information regarding the shooting is asked to call Detective Sean Aitken at 856-881-1501 extension 88161 or send an anonymous tip by texting "GLASSPD" and the tip to 847411.
