Another customer — Justin Fernandez, of Sicklerville — pulled out a gun and racked it to intimidate the disorderly patron, police said.

Fernandez's two children were present. Surveillance footage showed his 9-year-old pulling down Fernandez's arm to try to get him to put the gun away, authorities said.

All involved parties left the store before police arrived. But after further investigation, police identified Fernandez and found he didn't have a concealed-carry permit or any registered guns.

Fernandez went to the Glassboro police station on Monday to speak with detectives. He was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose (both second-degree).

He was released on a summons, pending a future court date.
