Have you attended Brauhaus Schmitz and Keg & Kitchen’s previous Oktoberfest on the Square events in Haddon Township? This is the biggest and best Oktoberfest in all of South Jersey, organizers say, which is why they are excited to host this event for their fourth year. It takes place Saturday, from noon to 10 p.m. Their friends in the Garden State have really shown how to party. King’s Road Brewing Company will host their Oktoberfest celebration again this year, now through Sunday, at their Haddonfield and Medford locations. Several of the surrounding restaurants will offer special menu items throughout the dates of the event. They will deliver directly to King’s Road’s beer garden, or, should we say, “biergarten.” Judges from the U.S. Stein Holding Association will judge the stein holding challenge. Winners of each heat get a free King’s Road Oktoberfest t-shirt, and are automatically entered into the championship on Sunday. Championship winners receive a $250 gift card.
