CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — After a one-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic, Camden County’s WinterFest Ice Skating Rink at Cooper River Park returns for the 2021-22 season, county officials announced.

WinterFest officially opened on Black Friday and will be open Thursday through Monday until Feb. 21, 2022.

“In one of the state’s most iconic and celebrated parks, Winterfest, provides another option for active outdoor recreation at Cooper River Park. I hope our community can come out and enjoy ice skating and our winter wonderland setting in one of the county’s landmark green spaces throughout the late fall and winter months,” Commissioner Jeff Nash, liaison to the Camden County Parks Department, said. “Especially since we missed out on last season, we’re so excited to welcome our neighbors back to this wonderful attraction. After the uncertainty of last year, it will be nice to provide people with a carefree, and safe, way to have fun.”
