Alleged Heroin Dealer In Hackettstown Busted After 2-Month Investigation: Cops
Hackettstown man previously arrested on heroin charges in Long Valley.

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – A Hackettstown man who’s been arrested several times in the past on heroin charges was picked up again for allegedly trying to sell the drug after a two-month investigation, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.
On May 5, Hackettstown police executed a search warrant at a home on 400 Willow Grove Street in Hackettstown where they found Ashley Whitmore and Patrick Ninni, Tynan said.
Ninni was the subject of the investigation and was charged with distribution of heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, and possession of heroin.

Whitmore was arrested on a separate investigation for distribution of heroin and was charged with distribution of heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, and possession of heroin.
Both were lodged in Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail with no 10-percent option.

Ninni was arrested in Washington Township (Morris County) in 2013 when police found him in possession of 20 bags of heroin and narcotic pills. A subsequent search of his home turned up 200 more bags of heroin and other drug paraphernalia.
The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force, Hackettstown Police, Washington Township Police (Warren), Washington Township Police (Morris), and New Jersey State Police assisted in the investigation.
