HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Police in Hackettstown last Friday arrested one man on drug charges related to suspected marijuana possession.According to a statement from police, a Hackettstown officer pulled over 31-year-old Bryan Stout of Narareth, Pennsylvania, for a moving violation around 4:24 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14.When the officer approached the car, he or she noticed the smell or marijuana from inside the car.Police investigated and found a bag of suspected marijuana and a glass pipe with suspected marijuana residue. Police arrested Stout and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear a seatbelt.He was released pending a court appearance.
