Car Burglar Takes Nap Inside Car He Broke Into: Hackettstown PD
He's no cat burglar, but police say he took a cat nap in a car he broke into.
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A sleepy car burglar fell asleep inside the car he is accused of breaking into on Friday, Hackettstown police say.
Kyle Sallie, 22, from Mount Olive, was found asleep inside a car on Main Street around 6 a.m. on Friday morning, police said. The car didn't belong to him; police say Sallie entered the car, emptied the glove box, and fell asleep.
He was charged with criminal trespass and burglary for the alleged Hackettstown car burglary, police said. Sallie was also wanted in Morris County for burglary charges there, police said.

Sallie was taken to the Warren County Correctional Facility.
