Hackettstown First Responders Salute Cancer Slayer
The departments participated in a "clap out" for a 20-year-old who defeated stage three cancer.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ - The first responders of Hackettstown united before Christmas to participate in a "clap out" celebrating a patient who beat back cancer.
20-year-old Kayla left the Hackettstown Medical Center last week after completing her last cancer treatment and being declared cancer free, officials said.
The stage three malignancy stood no chance against Kayla and her doctors.
