CANCELLED: Halloween Downtown Called Off For 2018 In Hackettstown

An impending nor'easter has forced the cancellation of the fun.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — The 5th Annual Halloween Downtown in Hackettstown has been cancelled due to upcoming storms, police said. It will not be rescheduled.

The event was set to take place on Oct. 27, but has been called off entirely instead.

"The safety of all attendees is of the utmost importance and although we regret having to cancel the event, we look forward to bringing the Halloween Downtown event in 2019," police said.
