Man Exposed Himself Near Hackettstown Pond, Cops Say
Man allegedly appeared to be intoxicated and had fake ID.

A Hackettstown man was charged with lewdness and possession of a false ID Saturday after police said he had exposed his genitals near a pond at Alumni Field.
Rafael Santamand, 44, was sent to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail, according to Hackettstown Police Sgt. Darren Tynan.
Police received a report about the man and responded to the field just after 6 p.m. When they arrived they found him sitting near the pond, appearing to be intoxicated, Tynan said.
Officers asked for his identification and found him to have a fraudulent social security card and fraudulent permanent resident card, Tynan said. He was arrested and charged.
