PA Man Charged In Warren County Child Sex Assaults: Prosecutor
A PA man has been charged in several sexual assaults involving children between six and seven years old in Warren County, authorities said.

WARREN COUNTY - A Pennsylvania man has been charged in several sexual assaults involving children between six and seven years old in Warren County, authorities said.
Andrew L. Lissitz, of East Stroudsburg, P.a., 51, was charged with aggravated sexual assault and multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a statement.
The first victim, who contacted police in July 2020, said Lissitz engaged her in various sexual acts on two occasions when she was six years old, Pfeiffer said. The second victim, who contacted police in September 2021, said Lissitz engaged her in various sexual acts on at least one occasion when she was around seven years old.

Lissitz remains lodged in Warren County Jail pending a first appearance in Warren County Superior Court, Pfeiffer said.
