Parking Restricted to One Side of Roadways Due to Snow Mounds
Vehicles can only be parked on the even-numbered sides of roadways except for Route 46.
Parking is restricted to only the even-numbered sides of roadways except Route 46 until further notice due to the "excessive amount of snow," Hackettstown Police said.
Vehicles should be parked on the odd side only where there are "no parking" signs in place on the even side, Sgt. Darren Tynan said. If there are "no parking" signs on both sides, vehicles cannot be parked on those roads, Tynan said.
Route 46 is the only roadway where vehicles can be parked on both sides, Tynan said.

"This is due to the excessive amount of snow that is impeding the width of many of our town roads, which is making two way travel practically impossible on many roads," Tynan said. "Thank you for your cooperation in this matter."
