Summer Concert Series Rocks Out With The Kootz

The first concert this week in a series sponsored by the Hackettstown Business Improvement District was a success, drawing a crowd of listeners.

The concert, held at Home Towne Hardware on Wednesday, featured the band playing hits from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and Eddie Money, with trivia questions between songs, according to the Warren Reporter.

Upcoming scheduled concerts in the series include performances by Desires (playing hits from the oldies) on Aug. 14 and the George Baier Project (playing acoustic songs) on Aug. 29.
