MANSFIELD, NJ - A motor vehicle crash in Warren County has prompted commuting delays in the area Wednesday morning, authorities said. As of 7:24 a.m., there's a crash on US 130 southbound CR 678/Kinkora Road in Mansfield, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
