$150K Lottery Ticket Sold In Haddon Township As Powerball Hits $725M
The historically high Powerball jackpot remains up for grabs, but a Westmont lottery player won big in the most recent drawing.

HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — The historically high Powerball jackpot remains up for grabs. But a Haddon Township lottery player won big in Wednesday's drawing.
A ticket sold at Acme (400 W Cuthbert Blvd., Westmont) generated $150,000 from Wednesday's Powerball contest. The ticket matched four of five white balls and the Power Ball drawn. Since it was purchased with the Power Play option, the $50,000 prize tripled.
Wednesday's winning numbers were 16, 27, 59, 62 and 63. The Red Power Ball number was 23, while the Power Play was 3X.

The Powerball jackpot, meanwhile, advanced to an estimated $725 million for Saturday's contest — the eighth-highest in the lottery game's history. The jackpot has a cash value of $345.7 million if a winner chooses a one-time payment.
The next drawing is set for 10:59 p.m. Saturday. In New Jersey, you must purchase Powerball tickets by 9:59 p.m. on drawing nights to participate.
Powerball contests take place at about 11 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Here's how to play.
