69 from Haddonfield Run the Ben Franklin Bridge in 10K Race
The annual race across the Ben Franklin Bridge saw 3,400 runners finish, with proceeds benefiting the Larc School in Bellmawr.
Sixty-nine Haddonfield residents were among the 3,400 runners who made their way across the Ben Franklin Bridge Sunday for the annual Run the Bridge 10k.
Proceeds from the race benefited the Larc School in Bellmawr. The bridge is 1.8 miles across and a 10K race is 6.2 miles.
The top five overall finishers from Haddonfield were:
- EDWARD CALLINAN, 39 with an electronic chip time of 33:01, who finished 14 overall behind a top time of 29:06 from GIRMA GEBRE, 20, of NEW YORK
- PETER DOUGHERTY , 40, 37:36
- EILEEN O'MARA, 23, 42:37
- BRUCE BARKER, 39, 43:01
- GARY HEMPHILL, 48 M 47:51
