Boy, 13, Stole Car In Audubon Park: Police
He also burglarized several vehicles in the borough that day, authorities said.
AUDUBON PARK, NJ — A teenage boy was charged Wednesday after stealing a car in Audubon Park, officials said.
The 13-year-old Camden resident also burglarized multiple vehicles in the borough, police said. Overall, he was charged in connection to five incidents that happened Jan. 28 in Audubon Park.
Later that day, detectives found the stolen vehicle in Camden. But it sped away toward Philadelphia, police said.

Detectives located the vehicle again on Jan. 29 in Camden. It was recovered and returned to the registered owner, police said.
After further investigation, the juvenile suspect was charged with burglary (three counts), criminal attempted burglary (two counts), theft, and conspiracy to commit burglary.

"We remind residents to lock their vehicles, remove valuables, and remain vigilant," said the Haddon Township Police Department, which serves Audubon Park. "Your cooperation is essential in keeping our community safe."
