Camden Man Found With Child Porn On His Phone: Prosecutor

He stored it in a Google account that linked to his phone, authorities said.

CAMDEN, NJ — A Camden man was arrested Wednesday after authorities say they found child pornography stored on his Google account.

Candido Munoz, 58, was charged with third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material.

Detectives from the Camden County Prosecutor's Office found a Google account used to upload child pornography after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center of Missing & Exploited Children.

Investigators determined that the Google account was linked to Munoz's cell phone. Detectives found the material on the suspect's phone during a forensic search, prosecutors said.

Munoz was arrested on Wednesday and placed in the Camden County Correctional Facility, where he'll remain incarcerated pending the outcome of a detention hearing.

Munoz's listed attorney did not immediately return comment to Patch.
