Candidate Neal Rochford, 'Good Temperament, Work for Consensus'
Rochford explained why he is running for the Haddonfield Board of Commissioners.
Neal Rochford, a 53-year-old former borough commissioner and a former owner of a printing company, explained why he is running for the Haddonfield Board of Commissioners during a candidate's forum last month.
The election on May 14 features six candidates, including Rochford, running for three, four-year terms as commissioner. The three-member Board of Commissioners are the highest elected officials in the borough.
Rochford is running against incumbents Ed Borden and Jeff Kasko, and challengers Lee Anne Albright, Ken Kouba, and John Moscatelli.
