Haddon Twp. Man Stored Child Porn On Cloud: Prosecutor
Detectives say they also found the material on his cell phone.

HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Haddon Township man is facing charges after storing child pornography, authorities said Friday.
Michael Cummings, 59, stored the material on Synchronoss — a cloud-storage platform — according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
Detectives also found child pornography during a forensic search of his cell phone, authorities said.

Cummings was charged July 18 with third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material. A third-degree charge is given when fewer than 1,000 files are found.
He's scheduled to return to court Sept. 10 for a pre-indictment conference.

Cummings's attorney "will not comment on pending cases other than to remind everyone that individuals are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law," a spokesperson for the state public defenders office told Patch.
