
Here's a list of local students honored for academic achievement in college:
- Tyler McMullen a resident of Haddonfield, was among over 1,900 students from Wake Forest University who made the Spring 2012 Dean's List.
- Nicole C. Bull of Haddonfield, a sophomore majoring in Anthropology in the College of Arts & Sciences and Laura M. Principato of Haddonfield, a sophomore majoring in Environmental Sciences in the Rubenstein School of Environment & Natural Resources were named to the Dean's List at the University of Vermont. To be named to the dean's lists, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

- Alexandra Marshall, a Freshman Pre- History Secondary Ed major, resident of Haddonfield
- Max Novelli, a Junior History major, resident of Haddonfield
- Natalie Kouba, a Freshman Open Option - Hum & SocSci major, resident of Haddonfield
- Victoria Kouba, a Senior International Studies major, resident of Haddonfield
- Robert Mercer, a Senior Psychology major, resident of Haddonfield
- Kevin Nelson, a Junior Chemistry (ACS - Research) major, resident of Haddonfield
- Brittanie Blaber of Haddonfield has been named to the Dean's List at The University of Scranton, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2012 spring semester. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the Dean's List.
