It's Good to Be the King, Especially if You're the Pet of the Week

New Jersey Aid for Animals (NJAFA) board member Kelly Matthews submitted the following to Patch regarding a dog in need of a home:

Do you just LOVE big dogs?

Then you will absolutely adore darling King. He is a 2 1/2-year-old Labrador Retriever/Great Dane mixed breed. King is an awesome young dog who can't wait to be part of a loving adult family.

He loves walks and play times but also loves being a couch potato and would love a spot by your TV during nap time. King is great with other dogs and loves to play.

King can be a little shy around strangers until he gets a chance to know them. Then he turns on the charm. He would especially love a home with large-breed experience who understand the needs of a big boy like him. For more information about adopting King email info@njafa.org
