Long-Awaited Distillery Opens Friday In Haddonfield

HADDONFIELD, NJ — A long-awaited distillery in Haddonfield will soon welcome patrons. Wildfether Distilling will open Friday after several years in the works.

The craft distillery produces whiskey, gin and vodka, with specialties in small-batch spirits and craft cocktails. Check out the tentative opening-day menu below:

While excited to finally open, the business asked for patience in the early going.

"This weekend we can’t wait to show off what we’ve built but we also expect it to be a bit crazy," Wildfether Distilling wrote on social media. "Please be patient if there’s a wait or line. If it looks like it’s going to be a long wait, we’ll let you know and completely understand if you decide to head somewhere else and come back another week."

This weekend, the distillery will be open from 3-11 p.m. Friday, 12-11 p.m. Saturday and 12-7 p.m. Sunday.
