Paul Adcock, 51, of Franklinville, was charged with second-degree child pornography possession.
Investigation into Adcock began two weeks ago, when Haddon Township police received several reports of a suspicious vehicle following 10-year-old girls as they walked home from school on June 11 and 12.
Haddonfield police reported a similar incident of a suspicious man seen driving near Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School during June 11's dismissal time.

Two weeks ago, Haddon Township police found Adcock's car and identified him as the driver.
After further investigation, he was charged with possessing child pornography. Haddon Township detectives arrested Adcock at his home Monday.
As of Tuesday, Adcock has not been charged in relation to the incidents reported earlier this month. But the investigation remains active.
"We want to reassure our community that the Haddon Township Police Department takes all reports of suspicious activity extremely seriously, especially those involving the safety of our children," the police department said in a statement. "We encourage all residents to remain vigilant and to report any behavior that appears suspicious."
Adcock will remain jailed at the Camden County Correctional Facility, pending the results of a future detention hearing.
