Obituary: Lynda M. Buenzle

Lynda M. Buenzle (nee Newkirk), 51, of Haddon Heights, died Saturday.

She was the beloved wife of William Lawrence “Larry” Buenzle; loving mother of Kaitlyn and Conor; dear daughter of Ralph W. Newkirk, Jr. of Haddonfield; treasured sister of Ralph W. Newkirk, III (Halena) of Farmington, MI and Bradley J. Newkirk (Karen) of Greensboro, NC; daughter-in- law of William and Joanne Buenzle of Palm Coast, FL, bother-in-law Tom Buenzle (Monica) of San Jose California and aunt of Michelle, Julie Washington (Michael), Ryan (Jenni)  & Tyler (Jennifer), Axa, Sandy and Jessica Buenzle, Kinsleigh and Addison Newkirk and Langdon and Alice Newkirk. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Newkirk. 

Lynda graduated from Haddonfield Memorial HS and Campbell Univ. She had been the Teaching Director at both Young Stars and New Beginnings Learning Center.  In 2002-2003 she helped children through Child Assault Prevention, a division of DYFS.

Lynda’s family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 29th, 9-10:45 AM, at Grace Episcopal Church, 19 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ 08033; where her memorial service will follow at 11 a.m..  Interment, private.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Lynda’s name to the church at the above address; where she had been a lifelong member.

She loved her family dearly and was so proud of her children Kaitlyn and Conor. She had a special love for all children and had a natural zest for life.  She always strived to make other's lives better.  Lynda was a special joy to all she met. She will be greatly missed.
