SUV Overturned In Crash That Blocked Off I-76 Lanes In Camden Co.: Police

The driver was brought to the hospital with minor injuries.

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ — An SUV overturned in a crash Tuesday on Interstate 76, temporarily blocking part of the highway in Camden County, officials told Patch.

A Toyota SUV and a Chevrolet passenger vehicle collided at 11:12 a.m. on I-76 West at milepost 1.7 in Gloucester City, said State Police Tpr. Christopher Postorino.

The crash caused the SUV to overturn. The Toyota driver sustained minor injuries and was brought to the hospital, Postorino said.

No other injuries were reported.

Several lanes were temporarily blocked on I-76 West in the area approaching Exit 2 to Interstate 676. The interstate fully reopened just before noon.
