Road Closures For Haddonfield Saturday: See Details

Saturday is a busy day in Haddonfield, with road closures on Hopkins Avenue and Kings Highway. Here's what you need to know:

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Two major Haddonfield events are taking over the town Saturday, prompting some road closures to be put in place.

The Haddonfield Fall Festival, taking place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. between Haddon Avenue and Potter Street, will shut down Kings Highway from Haddon Avenue to Potter Street.

The road will be closed starting at 8:30 a.m., Haddonfield police said in a statement.

The Haddonfield Area Lions Club 5K also starts at 8:30 a.m., prompting Hopkins Avenue to close from Wood Lane to Grove and Hopkins Lane from Grove to Kings Highway for two hours.

The 5K was originally scheduled for Oct. 1 but was postponed due to inclement weather. The event begins at Christ the King Regional School, 164 Hopkins Avenue, in Haddonfield, with all proceeds going to charities supported by the Lions Club.
