Truck Driver Injured After Vehicle Overturns On Highway In Camden Co.

The accident created significant traffic jams​ for drivers heading to the Walt Whitman and Ben Franklin bridges.

CAMDEN, NJ — A truck driver was injured when their vehicle overturned Tuesday on the highway in Camden, officials said.

A tractor trailer overturned at 3:55 p.m. on the Interstate 76 connector ramp to Interstate 676 North, said Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron, a State Police spokesperson.

The driver was taken to the hospital with injuries that weren't life-threatening, Lebron said.
