We're No. 1: Haddonfield Throwing A Party For Pizza Crime

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Haddonfield is throwing a party after Pizza Crime was designated as the top pizza in the state by a local news outlet.

NJ.com has named the Pepper Jawni at Haddonfield’s own Pizza Crime the number one best pizza among all 2,000+ pizzerias in the Garden State. Now, its Haddonfield neighbors are throwing a Number One party to celebrate.

The party will kick off on Dec. 1, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pizza Crime’s chef/owner Nab Maitra will be slinging Pepper Jawni pies and offering a marinara pizza for half price with each one.

The theme will be No. 1. Everything will be No. 1, including:

• Cookies from Downtown Cookies, which was voted number one for Monster-sized Cookies in SJ Magazine
• Specials at King’s Road Brewing Company, Haddonfield’s first and only brewery, and the first legal beer served in Haddonfield, a dry town, in over 140 years.
• Sparrow's Gourmet Snacks’ new “Numero Uno” margarita pizza popcorn
• Haddonfield’s ownCraig Whitaker performing his song “Here and California,” which was nominated for Best Country Music Song of 2021 by 93.7 WSTW
• DiBartolo European Bakery (115 Kings Highway E.) Check out the three-foot high Hadrosaur cake on display. The Hadrosaur Foulkii was discovered in Haddonfield in 1858, and was the first most complete dinosaur skeleton ever found. DiBartolo’s was recently voted No. 1 for Best “Wow” Cake by SJ Magazine.
