There is no contest in this very first November Board of Education election. Two incumbents seek re-election and one newcomer seek the three available seats on the Board. Longtime Board of Education trustee Constance Doheny seeks re-election along with Mark Stefanelli, who was appointed to the board last fall after former president Richard Giarratana resigned. Newcomer Robert M. LaMorte seeks the third seat on the board. Current Board of Education president Josephine Ciocia whose term was also up this year chose not to seek re-election. The board voted in January to move the annual school board election from April to November.

There is no contest in this very first November Board of Education election.
