Hasbrouck Heights Man Charged for Possession of Child Pornography
Police also say the man was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a search of his home.

A Hasbrouck Heights man was arrested Friday after police say he was in possession of images depicting child pornography.
Daniel Ferguson, 25, of Cleveland Avenue was arrested after an investigation and search of his home revealed he “was using the Internet to acquire images of child pornography,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Ferguson was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child, specifically by possessing images of child pornography, and was released on his own recognizance.

Police also say Ferguson was allegedly in possession of marijuana under 50 grams and drug paraphernalia during the search. He was charged accordingly by the Hasbrouck Heights Police Department, Molinelli said.
