Hasbrouck Heights veterans organizations invites all to join them on Veterans Day, Sunday, Nov. 11 at Veterans Memorial Park to honor those who have sacrificed for our freedom. Ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Veterans Memorial Park located on Terrace Avenue between Passaic and Henry Street. Public schools and borough offices will be open on Monday, Nov. 12 however the public library will be closed. There will be no garbage pick-up on Monday in observance of the holiday.
