Kiddie World Furniture Will Remain in Hasbrouck Heights

The childrens furniture store is moving to another building at the same Route 17 south location.

Kiddie World Furniture may be moving but it's not going very far.

The children's furniture store has called Hasbrouck Heights home for well over a decade and that's not going to change.

The store is moving from its current Route 17 south location to the building directly behind it.  It will now be housed between Heights Beer & Wine Emporium and Jump On In.

The store is downsizing its space but its upgrading its showroom, according to store manager Donna Sullivan. Peter Schlussen one of the shops vendors says it will still be "same good service" just in a smaller space.

The store is currently holding a moving sale, looking to unload floor sample items from its current showroom. The plan is to have the new showroom open by Monday, April 15 and the old one cleared out.

Kiddie World Furniture is known for specializing in children's furniture carrying quality brands like Matrix, Berg and Innovations. The new showroom will mainly cater to children's furniture as they plan to do away with baby and adult furniture.

The building Kiddie World currently occupies will be redesigned by the property owner and is expected to house three new stores once complete.
